Viewing Revenue and Entry Statistics
GF Events Manager includes a set of features to help you track both the revenue and attendance performance of each event directly from the WordPress admin.

Event Revenue Widget
When editing an event (or another enabled post type), you’ll see a sidebar widget titled Event Revenue. This widget shows the total revenue generated through Gravity Forms entries linked to that event.
- Total Revenue: Displays a summary of revenue based on product fields in submitted form entries.
- Revenue Chart: A line graph shows revenue trends over time, grouped by entry date.
- Live Data: Automatically updates based on linked Gravity Forms submissions.
If no entries have been received yet, a message will appear indicating that no revenue has been recorded.
Entry Count Widget
Also located in the sidebar while editing an event is a widget titled Event Entry Count. This shows the number of form submissions linked to the event.
- Total Entries: The total number of Gravity Forms submissions with a matching
event_post_idfield. - Status Breakdown:
- ✅ Approved
- ⏳ Pending
- ❌ Rejected
- View Entries: A link is provided to view matching entries in the Gravity Forms admin.
The status counts are based on the custom field booking_status attached to each entry.
Entry Summary Column (List View)
In the Events list view (or any enabled post type), a new column titled Entries appears next to each post. This column displays the same status summary as the entry widget, allowing you to quickly scan event performance.
23 | ✅ 20 | ⏳ 2 | ❌ 1
This shows the total number of entries, and how many have been approved, are pending, or were rejected. These values update automatically as entries are submitted or statuses are changed.
Enabling for Other Post Types
By default, these widgets and the column appear only for the event post type. To enable them for other post types:
- Go to GF Events Manager → Settings.
- Find the setting labeled Enable for Post Types.
- Check any additional post types you want to support (e.g., Products, Courses).
- Save changes.
The Event Revenue and Entry Count widgets, as well as the admin table column, will now be visible when editing or listing posts of those types.
